Extra-thin, disposable acupuncture needles (about 15-20 minutes per general treatment) are inserted at relevant acupuncture points and are left in place for 15-20 minutes to stimulate and rebalance ‘Qi’. Tensions felt at the needling points are considered effective. After the treatment, many feel relaxed while some might experience a slight dizziness or fatigue, which is a positive sign of body response to the therapy.
Vacuumed cups are placed on body parts especially at pain area and relevant acupuncture points for 10-15 minutes. The treatment works well as a deep-tissue massage and is good for chronic pain and body relaxation. Red circle bruises left on the skin after the treatment are harmless and will disappear within a week.
Practitioner uses massage-like hand techniques at relevant body parts to stimulate and restore balance for improved health and vitality.
